After getting great reviews for their demo EP the band was quickly signed up by Casket music and an Album recorded and released, so now we have 'Hit The Dirt' the first of what I would expect of many albums from this Wolverhampton band. Speed Theory have kept the faith with their earlier demo Ep and have produced a massive ten track album packed with great new riffs and pulsating melodies. The album opens with 'Neo testement' riddled with great fret work and head nodding metal and this standard is kept throughout the rest of the ten tracks if the band can replicate this quality on further recordings we could have something that will grow and grow to be really big, if you are into Metallica then you will love this.
