Serpents Kiss.. does that alude to the twin guitars that each spit out riffs and race each other in soaring solos or does it represent the two female vocalists that capture the feel and energy of those guitars? You will have to listen yourselves to work that one out, but I can tell you that this debut album has eight excellent songs and each one has its own merit and not one of them will persuade you to press reject. In fact I am confident you will be pressing the replay button on your CD player. Merging melody and power but not afraid to innovate, the band play power metal with a progressive melodic twist that becomes infectious. The debut album has a rawness that displays 'newness' alluding to innovation. I am sure this album with get the band snapped up by a big label and I wonder if the sextra production will make the next release better..?
