Demon have shown with this offering that they are still
capable of producing original quality material, their New album
'Better the devil you know' catapaults them back into the top league
after a sparse few years, Demon are set up for some massive triumpiant shows this year.
Dave Hill's vocals are as powerful and vibrant as
they have ever been, Karl Finney has brought along some great feeling with
his expert guitar work, while the overall sound comes over well balanced
with Paul Farringtons keyboards and the ever present Bass of Andy Dale complementing
Neil Ogdens drums with some panache. The Album consists of nine blinding songs each with
there own strengths from the opening title track of 'Better the devil you know' to
the last song 'Change' you can feel the belief and quality oozing through the guitar solo's
throbbing bass lines and timeless lyrics.
Dave's song writing skills have been sharpened with Neil and Ray's participation and
the three of them have written some of the best material of Demon's long life,
long may it continue..
