Island Three - Dark and Empty Spaces

This Island Three mini album is an interesting mix of musical influences that on occasion
break apart in the manner of Jazz, but in the main stay merged to produce a progressive blend of interesting melodies that are heart capturing.

Using keyboards to imput atmospheric back drops as well as light melodies, craftily laced together with simple guitar riffs and intelligent use of percussions to input beat and time the five tracks are different from each other to suggest that these guys have some good writing skills that are going to stand them in good stead for the long road.

Labelled as suitable for fans of Muse, Incubus and Tool, I would suggest that with tracks like the 7 minute 'Traditional' they will also appeal to the more progressive fans of Tull, Crimson etc
