Another single taken from the bands 2007 album 'Lead sails, Paper Anchors', and this time it is the timeless heavy rock style that has spanned the last thirty years, 'Honor' has the honour to come from the bands current album (their forth) with its classic 80's heavy metal style guitar work blended with 'proper' rock singing and a pinch of post-hardcore vocals they just can't go wrong.

If the riffs remind you of Aerosmith but chewed out by the Deftones, they do me too, but you can forgive them for that as this track has the stamp of originality in the way that Atreyu have blended so many styles and ended up producing a winner. This is a song that you will keep playing and playing it is that infectious. Get the single and buy the album because there are more gems like this waiting to be discovered..
