Hand are a quintet playing dark goth rock with strong progressive metal twists, in main the music is progressive and swings between twinkling baubles exploding around your head to dark metal riffs. The band 'HAND' are a three piece with KAT on vocals and her haunting voice is the Goth element, while the lyrics themselves are dark and Gothie.

There are seven tracks on this album with a total of approx 40 minutes so you get your monies worth, there are several songs that work very well, while others are just to far apart to be considered as complete. Track 5 'Resonia' is probably the best track as it all comes together with great sentiment and atmosphere, but it is difficult as progressive immediately injects an unknowable quality, rather like modern art you will either like this or you won't.
