4ft Fingers start where they left of, pounding drums fast sing along melodies, and great chanting lines with that infectious method of ear splitting grinning style that leaves you uplifted every time you hear them.
Opening their first album in nearly four years with 'Where Did All The Legends Go' it all came tumbling back and fell neatly back into place following that up with 'Thick As Thieves' the re-bonding was complete and I was already planning to find a decrepit rusty transit to go charging around the countryside to the seaside resorts and play mayhem with
cheap bear on draught.
The band and the songs still sound as good as ever, the third song 'Save Your Soul Tonight' shows just how good this band is, and the IF looms large, if only they could have spent two years gigging around the states they could have conquered the world with their unravelled quality. The new album 'New Beginnings Of Old Stories' is their best work to date with twelve explosive bouncing infectious songs that will capture a new generation of fans and rouse the old fans out of their slumber to bounce once more. Singing songs of camaraderie, lifes ups and downs and highlighting mistakes made in life the band have lost none of their abilities to resonate and articulate the trials of life. A great album worthy of any comeback and also worthy of being added to all punkers album collection its that good.
