Playing their own style of rock flexed with some great sing along lyrics Dorp are carving
out a blend of rock that could roll and roll. Rollercoaster is the new single and like their first release it is a slow burn infectious number that will get you pressing replay as soon as it finishes. Piet Bez is the frontman who has real singing ability and seems to able to present great articulation and feeling within his portrayal of the lyrics, you can check out his range and the bands songs via their myspace.

Rollercoaster is the second single release from the yet to be released debut album 'Human Beings' and judging from these two songs there could be a bright future for Dorp as both songs are inventive and have what it takes to catch the attention and the mood.

There is not much known about Dorp as individuals, except that they are a mixed bag of diverse talents with one lad from London, two from Cape town and one from Paris which is a great mix of styles from three of the worlds great Cities. I think this band will be around for a few years yet, the question is... can they keep it interesting enough to last beyond the flurry of the first album.
