Producing a pummelling ground shaking mix of old skool riffery and vocals dripping with vitriol Strain strain every possible sinew to overwhelm you with Armageddon force metal playing a combination of short repetitive riffs usually ending with a wall shaking dragged out reverberation of feedback. PC on vocals sounds like he has been hung upside down in the devils own dungeon and is been noisily tortured interspersed with roars of defiance, you might start to appreciate that this aint no sissy band or tight balled apprentices.
Opening with a little intro rippling with amp induced feedback before slamming into 'Something More' where the band seem to expel their personal demons before slipping into the Heavy Metal that has earned their rep with 'That which I despise' quickly followed by 'April' which has been the bands anthem these past couple of years. Strain then show their quality metal credentials with 'Bad Day' (deathmetal) 'Numer-uno' (doom metal) before reverting back to all knobs up with 'T.I.O.T', and you still have four riffing tracks to bleed to..
