The four piece band In Liars We Trust rocking out of LA, California release their debut self titled album which is a throw back to the golden age of punk. Female fronted, the social rants stir up memories of bands such as ‘The Slits’. The raw recordings reflect the music as they should, unpolished and real, no punk should be glossy like a teen pop band.



The track ‘Change it’ offers up a rally call to the disillusioned as The Clash so famously did with ‘White Riot’ so many years ago. In Liars We Trust get back to basics with 3 chord strum patterns and an aggressive delivery that shocked the world in the 70’s. In Lies We Trust offer a welcome reminder that you don’t need 50 grand to produce a decent album.
