Tor Marrock... already you know its going to be bloody and passionate, this is a concept death metal band and what ever direction they will follow in the future their first album is Gothic Dead Metal but its the poise/poetry with the underlying passions of lust and unrelenting love which is what make Tor Marrock stand out. This three man death metal band using the instruments of their chosen trade articulate their dark expressions well, this is not metal to climb walls with but rather to play in dark rooms, at gatherings and under flickering candle lights with dark corners, sure there are some head nodding moments and the pleasures of some heavy shuddering sweeps and pulverising drum riffs which add to the dramatic Gothic atmosphere generated by Tor Morrock's death vocals but it is Heavy Death Metal, the Welsh seem to have a monopoly on passion when it comes to music and this band don't let the side down.
