Track two 'Always' is just as hard edged but tilting towards meloncony as the quite moments in this song display a remorse that balances up nicely with the passionate vocals. Track three 'Happy' has a feel of the happy Mondays about it, but oh so much better! showing Terry Abbot is much more then just a frontman for a rock band, Lyrically Terry has nailed his experiences and can also project in a manner sure to provide Septembre with the success achieved with his former band Vex Red. Track four and final song on this EP manages to display through the music a very rich but simple sound, riven through with mature vocal feel that produces a massivly powerful song and one to set the mood. This EP 'Conceal your Intentions' has huge emotional feel with the Alternative guitar rock balanced nicely with Abbot's genuine vocals and well structured lyrics. I can't wait for the album!! |
