Every Time I Die, have unveiled a down-n-dirty, art-infused video for the band’s first single, 'Wanderlust' from their forthcoming album, New Junk Aesthetic, which is due out Sept. 14th 2009.
Helmed by visionary director Chris Sims (Staind, Norma Jean, Lamb of God), “Wanderlust” is a mind trip set in a dimly lit hotel, where singer Keith Buckley walks along an eerie corridor, opening doorways only to discover the band’s grotesque album artwork, drawn by guitarist Jordan Buckley, has it come to life.
Every Time I Die have recently recruited Ryan Leger from Cornwall, Ontario – Canada for drum duties after Mike Novak left the band back in June. Ryan, aged 25 years old previously played for the Dead and Divine. ETID frontman Keith says "His moustache makes him look like he's the lost "Mythbuster”. This is not a permanent fixture however, but he will be joining him for the forthcoming US tour.
“Wanderlust” is featured on Every Time I Die’s fifth studio album, New Junk Aesthetic, first with their new label Epitaph Records, and is due out on Sept. 14th 2009.
