Dave Gilmour guitarist for Pink Floyd will perform with with Mali musicians Amadou and Mariam at a secret gig for Crisis May 25th. Gilmour who has built a successful career outside of Pink Floyd has been speaking about the show, Gilmour said: "It was a wonderful surprise when they (Amadou and Mariam) called recently, inviting me to collaborate with them on this special one-off occasion for Crisis,.. I'm looking forward to breaking down a few musical boundaries in the cause of helping the homeless."..

This unique performance will take place in a converted church in central London but the venue for the show will be kept secret until the day before, ticket holders will be emailed or texted the secret location 24 hours before the gig.
Homeless Charity Crisis wants to put a spotlight on the growing issue of ‘hidden homelessness’ in the UK. By withholding details of the venues until the day before, Crisis wants people to understand the precarious nature of hidden homelessness – often moving from place to place, and often not knowing where you may end up each night.
