Jeff Beck was on his first night of a two night sold out gig in Los Angeles on Tuesday night when to his suprise Rod Stewart walked on and took the mic for their ‘80s collaboration, People Get Ready, and The Jeff Beck Group’s 1968 recording, I Ain’t Superstitious which was on the Classic Truth album where Stewart was the vocalist. The Jeff Beck group was always considered the forerunner to Led Zeppelin, Both Beck and Page earned their reputations as hot guitarists in The Yardbirds, while Beck was king of the Lick's, Page was the riff maistro, and both have rightly earned their name in the Hall of Rock 'n Roll fame.
