The Blackout have had a phenomenal year since ‘We Are The Dynamite’ was released in October 2007 on Fierce Panda. Their last tour saw them join the ranks of a shortlist of unsigned bands to sellout the London Astoria and to say goodbye to the historic venue (the Astoria is slated for demolition in early 2009). The boys from Wales have been on the road almost constantly from massive tours including those with Linkin Park and NERD, storming performances at Give It A Name & the Reading/Leeds festivals and whilst somehow fitting in their own headline sold out shows in Japan, Europe and the USA! Rock3 captured the Guys on stage with the Camera and got some great photographs with a excellant review



If that wasn’t enough, they are hitting the road AGAIN in December to relieve any post Christmas blues for all those fans Home Alone. The shows -which will be sponsored by long time supporters Atticus clothing and Scuzz TV, will see them hitting a handful of towns they missed on the last headline tour.



Atticus and Scuzz will teaming up to offer some extra special competitions and events to get everyone in the Christmas spirit so keep your eyes peeled!

The Blackout are currently demoing new songs ready to hit the studio with Jason Perry (A, McFly & more) in El Paso in Texas in December. The record is slated for release in April 2009.
