Forever Never the Essex rockers who had a near fatal crash in April when their touring Van was written off are (check out the bands blog for full details) now focusing on writing and recording their second album, you can hear samples on their
myspace.
Excerpt from blog:
"Basically since the crash, not having a van has meant we can't tour... which in some ways this has totally focused on another goal: recording. So that's what we've been doing. The whole of May pretty much we have been working on the follow up to "Aporia". We have been recording for pre-production, and as we speak I am tracking some vocals. This should be completed some time next week.
I don't think I'm being a tosser, or saying typical band cliches when I say that the new album is literally going to blow away our previous stuff, but... it really will. That's not to say "Aporia" doesn't still hold a solid place in my heart, but there is so much more direction with what we're doing now - and it's the sound of a band that have evolved from 3 years of touring, and getting to know exactly how they want to sound. It's groovy, it's heavy, and the choruses on this new release are going to annoy the fuck out of everyone in your household/car/squat etc! haha.
So with that said, I'm also pleased to announce that we begin recording the NEW ALBUM on the 24th July, and we shall be recording for 6 weeks, with an estimated finishing date of 5th September (that's 3 days before my birthday by the way). "
Renny..
