The Levellers will be the first headline act playing Glastonbury this year, and they’ll be pulling on their wellies for free. Performing on the Left Field stage on the Thursday night, The Levellers are paying their own expenses and showing their support of the festival’s intentions to raise
anti-slavery awareness.
It is anticipated that they will be playing a set littered with songs that have made them famous, as well as new ones from their forthcoming album, Letters from the Underground, including their latest track, which is available to download now, Burn America Burn. The album is the first to be released by their self owned label, On The Fiddle Recordings.
The Levellers Glastonbury date will begin a summer festival tour consisting of a further 12 gigs, including Beautiful Days Festival on August 15th. A festival just isn’t complete without The Levellers, so make the most of this summer by packing up your tent and getting close to nature with The Levellers providing the entertainment.
