Funeral For A Friend, Earthtone9, Lost Prophets, Fear Factory and Life Of Agony Fony released their second studio album in 2003 'Circles' and they started to headline their own tours gaining respectable fan base's around the world principally among the Latin parts of the world with tours in Spain and the now famous live studio recording on Spanish TV. With powerful performance's and a growing demand the band recorded a concert in their home town of Redhill 'Live At The Harlequin', (
review) which was released along with a DVD of the Spanish TV performance and the six Video singles culled from the bands two earlier studio albums. Then suddenly Ollie the bands charismatic singer announced that he was leaving the band at the end of a long gruelling tour, his place was taken by respected frontman Fraser, Fony left their spiritual home of Copro records and signed with the independent label 'Headroom Records' and duly recorded and released the bands third studio album 'Mercy After Fiction', the band continued to tour but was unable to carry forward the momentum of the earlier days and with the band evolving and writing new music they struggled to carry their fanbase with them, the band disbanded in 2006, but the music and performances of this remarkable band still reverberate around the UK music scene to this day.
