| Adequate Seven call it a day Adequate Seven have decided to call it a day. The bands press release as follows; After nearly six years, and nearly 600 gigs, we've come to the decision that its the right time to call it a day. There are various reasons, too complicated to go into here. It seems self indulgent to make a big deal out of it, not least because we’ve seen the demise of so many great bands that we've been really close to, but I don't mind telling you that we're all really gutted. We're fortunate to be able to say that we haven't fallen out, or experienced 'musical differences'. I'm sure most of us will continue making music in one form or another.
We’re playing one last show, on December 10th at Cardiff University Students Union, where a load of awesome bands will be supporting including Shooting Goon, Captain Everything and The Take. Tickets are £10 advance and are available at from the students union, Spillers Records in Cardiff and on www.setickets.com.
We’re also releasing a posthumous live album through Gravity DIP. It’ll be available at the last show and also in all good record stores from December 11th.
We'd all like to sincerely thank everyone for all the love and support we've been shown over the years. We've had some amazing and unforgettable times, largely thanks to the people we've met along the way. | Published by | | XX[core]XX Join Date: May 2006 Location: Surrey, Uk Posts: 319 | | | | |
