If you wish to be a Moderator.. earn the right by showing that you can make some contribution like checking out the bands who promote themselves and leave comments for them that the band would find constructive, you can then request directly through the forums internal message system to be a moderator. Once a moderator you can start your own section where you can create your own world through pictures, genre, videos or just links to YOUR favourite bands/artists

Anyone can submit a review of an Album, single EP or even a music Video but make it worth while for others to read, it dosn't have to be a new release it can be your favourite album or band from yesteryear.
