You should check out The Greening!!!!!! I like how their music genre's powerpop/ psychedelic/rock!!! They remind me of The Kaiser Chiefs and The Flaming Lips. myspace.com/thegreening

hmm my friend gave me an album by the entrance band. sounds pretty psychedelic to me so maybe you can try it out.

I'm thinking "modern psychedelic" is an oxymoron...here are some that are not modern though....13th Floor Elevators & The Chocolate Watchband.
