Hope your all well, I’m feeling better as I’ve had three weeks off but thought I should bring you up to date with where we are.

Things seem to be churning along nicely and its great to see a few of you had great times at Sonisphere, Wacken and Bloodstock. Well the summer is over and the only two festivals running between now and next summer are Hard Rock Hell and Hammerfest.

HRH is steaming along nicely, Total Rock have come on board with their final slot going to the winner of their” Highway to Hell” competition later on this year, Last years winners Tribal Law have also been confirmed, making this stage very meaty indeed.

Sales wise we have just over 40 rooms left so expect that to go really quickly, if you haven’t sorted your chalet out yet then you are chancing it now, suggest you speak to Fleur on 08700 110034 really quickly. The majority of rooms that are left are either for 5, 6 or 7 pax, so just to put it all to bed, any vet or DC who has a smaller party and cant get the full size together, I’m giving the first 20 rooms in a BOGOF option to drag a few mates along, I have about 48 places left for Thursday night( which is going to be a corker) so seeing I’m in such a nice mood, those first 20 rooms can have the last few Thursday night tickets included…there you go, not too bad and that puts the whole thing to bed and totally sold out then…first come first served basis though and it has to be done via Fleur on the phone.

After that we have limited day tickets for all the local rockers from only 35 quid…bargain, but you need to be within driving distance as there isn’t a hotel left within a 20 mile radius, all sold out unfortunately, wonder why !!!

As you know Thursday night is fancy dress and will play homage to over 1000 Vikings, I still have one slot on this that I will announce nearer the time. We will also be sending you out an e flyer letting you know where you can get some Viking gear from a wonderful DC member..x


Next week we’ll be launching the “band in the chalet “ comp which Orange Goblin did last year and was a scream, so get your fingers ready. Scuzz are also running some comps this week too if your watching.

Anyone who has booked a chalet and only has 2 or 3 people travelling, remember these can take up to 4 pax, so If you want to add someone on, Fleur will sort you out a nice deal, means the average price for you comes down too x

Apart from that, I’m just catching up and getting the Hammerfest launch ready which is scheduled for 1st September, last year was amazing and this year will be a three day event starting on the Thursday night for a favoured few, so get in early as you know VIP sold out for HRH in 5 weeks( Thursday included in this package). HF II will take place in March on the 11th / 13th 2010. It’s strange launching an event which has already sold about 20% of its tickets due to advance demand, so get it in your diary and I’ll write to you all on the 1st with the full story plus some special Vet / DC deals just for the launch. Anyone wanting advanced reservations and are either a Vet or DC member should call Fleur , she’s there to serve….
