Always into UK and Manchester... From the Smiths and the Stone Roses to Echo And The Bunnymen, a little bit of Oasis and my old time favorites Puressence...

I prefer punk but emo is alright but not the kids stuff more of the hardcore emo, Fony FFAF, walls of jerico I quite like My minds weapon now i have heard them on the rockbox i suppose we are talking almost metal but its all blured

I agree but really genres are a way to describe what a band sounds like. If I said explain what Blink 182 sound like you'd say pop punk and I'd know pretty much what they're like.

If I said describe Mettalica you'd say metal, I'd have a good idea of what they sound like. Only the young pick a genre and curse others, they'll grow out of it
